Backing offline VM - API return code : 3

Hi, we have just recently decided to backup our template and since TSM is not able to back them up(even if they claim so) we converted them to offline VM to be able to backup. Trying to do the backup off this offline VMware virtual machine that we use as our cloning template, I get this error in the dsmerror.log file that I can't find any information about:

All other VMs are backed up succesfully except the 2 offline VM.

We have 2 "templates" VM (they are not marked as template) and both return this same api 3 that I can't find any information about.

Running TSM backup-archive client 6.4.4 on server 2008r2 x64

Any pointer would be appreciated.
