Hi!
We have been using "snapshotproviderfs vss" for "domain all-local" (in combination with jbb) with good results on win2008r2.
But on one server, there was a new drive attached(K:) wich contains >1 million files.
This "snapshot" takes _long time_, so it has never been able to complete and hence; it restarts from file number one, every times the backup crashes.
So the plan is to not use VSS for this new drive.
But how do I specify this in the option-file?
I have been trying to exclude from domain-list and include with 'include.fs' with:
dsm.opt
---------
SNAPSHOTPROVIDERFS VSS
DOMAIN ALL-LOCAL -K:
include.fs K: snapshotproviderfs=none
But when the incremental backups run, the K: drive will not backed-up at all.
Can it be the order that is wrong or maybe the mixture of backup methodes?
Any ideas?
