Delete Filespace Oddity

Doing TSM 6 testing, I backed up one client Windows 2008 systemstate.
Q OCC shows number of files: 87,324

Now I deleted this systemstate filespace and see this:
260805 objects deleted.

Windows 2008 systems state at around 87K files is correct. So why this huge number deleted?

Backed up the C drive: Q OCC shows number of files: 14,719
Deleting the C drive filespace, shows correctly:
14719 objects deleted.
