Repartioning the logical libraries in TS3310

I have a query about our TS3310 Tape library


It is currently partitioned into the following logical libraries

1. TSM_UAT – 206 Storage Slots – 6 drives – Used by UAT TSM Server
2. TSM_DR – 104 Storage Slots – 6 drives - Used by DR TSM Server

We need to build one more DR TSM Server and would like to use the same Tape library .

For the above requirement, we need to re partition the library as follows without losing any Existing TSM Tape data.

1. TSM_UAT – 206 Storage Slots – 4 drives
2. TSM_DR – 52 Storage Slots – 4 drives
3. TSM_DR_V2 – 52 Storage Slots - 4 drives --New
   

Kindly suggest the easiest way to do this.
