TS3500 drive issue

Hi,

My customer use IBM TS3500 with backup software "netbackup". At TS3500 userinterface, Drive 1 and Drive 5 status shows "not responding". I even can not make power cycle process. Do you have any ideas related with that issue?. That is a emergency situation. Thanks.
