how to add a Node in TSM server

Hi
Please provide the process How to add a Node in tsm server,I have used windows server 2003 (TSM 6.2.5).
I have a single client Machine in windows xp, system name is kailash1,when I click the BAclient GUI that ask to login
As NODE001 & ask also for password so Please help me how to add this system in TSM server & how to set a password.
