TSM Library Client at V5.5.4 and Library Server at V6.3.4 and LTO6

I have a customer that will have to migrate to TSM Server V6.3.4. Their current TSM serve is at V5.5.4. To get rid of the current tape library can the old TSM Server be set up as a Library Client to a new tape library with the Library Manager at V6.3.4?

I have looked around a bit and see nothing relating to this type of setup.

If the old server can hang around with out the old tape library it will be cost effective for the customer. Any thoughts?
