procedure to upgrade TSM server to windows 2008r2

Hi, I'm new to TSM and I want to migrate my TSM server(Physical server) from windows 2003 to windows 2008r2 as it's one of the last that still run 2003 in my infrastructure. TSM was not installed by me so it will be my first time with TSM installation/configuration. I don't know how to check the version of the server installed but the Ba client version is Version 6 Release 3, level 0

It seem that most everything is installed on a separate partition so I guess I should not loose any data during the migration but to make sure I would like to know which file I need to be able restore the config and DB. Currently the server is running windows 2003 32 bits with these application installed that seem related to TSM:

DB2 enterprise server edition - db2tsm1
IBM automated tape library
IBM Tivoli Storage Manager client
IBM Tivoli Storage Manager Server
Tivoli Storage Manager
