First Time Setup of MSSQL TDP 6.4.

I don't understand this config at all. Where are the TDP config files? Where is tdpsql.cfg? There is no path to TDPSql like in 5.5. Where is TDPSQL.exe? Where is everything?

Also I don't want to use VSS. I want a legacy config.

I ran setupfcm.exe. Is something missing from documentation?
