Moving drives to new SAN switches

HI,

i want to move my 10 tape drives from old SAN Brocade switches to new Brocade switches. i have TSM 5.5.0.0 on windows 2003 server.
i want to know what the best procedure for moving tape drives to new SAN switches? what im planning to do are:

1-shutdown TSM server and tape library
2-Disconnect FC cables from TSM server & tape library and connect it to new SAN switches.
3- start the server and tape library then make zoning.
4- check the tape library path and drives paths.

my question are:
1-do i need to connect drives in the same ports as the old san switchs?
2-does TSM will recognize the drives as the previous configuration or i have to redefined the tape library and drives ? if im redefinding will TSM be able to read and write from tapes???
