Need to restore AIX file --- BUT --- no longer have AIX hardware

Here's the scoop. We eliminated AIX at our company but we have some AIX backups that may at some point in time need to be restored. At the time of decom we decided that in the event of restore request we would use an external company to provide us with AIX hardware.

Guess what... there is a restore request for AIX data. We don't have the HW and the business doesn't want to pay to get some.

Is there any way to recover AIX data that is still active in TSM to a non-AIX platform?
