DB2CMD window not appearing as expected

Hello Fellows,

I'm having a strange experience with the DB2CMD function; however I run it (from a command line in the db2\bin folder or using the Start->Programs->IBM DB2->DB2TSM1->Command Line Tools-> Command Window Administrator) I only get a new DOS type window with the same path I issues the 'db2cmd' from.

Is there a trick to displaying these windows? I don't remember having this problem in the past..

Windows 2008 SP1 64bit
DB2 9.7
TSM 6.3.4.0
