tape change to unavailable every time space reclamation is done..

Hi, I'm new to TSM. and I have alot of problems with it. this is one of them..
the tape keeps changing to unavailable. I change the tape to R/w state.. but space reclamination happens and change it back to unavailable. I tried to Audit the tape by issuing this "AUDIT VOLUME BUW812L3" but this is what I got in ActLog:
