How do i track where my backups write to?

Ok people,

No laughing, ok !

I have my learner plates on. TSM 6.3.

I have managed to setup and rerun a shed-load (i think thats the official term) of missed monthly backups.
I now have a couple of issues I could really do with some help on.

1) I have a lot of jobs showing a session state of 'MediaW'.
As this is referred to as 'removable media', is this definitely tape?

2) I am trying to wrap my head around where a node actually writes to as far as staging pools go.
Where is the command to show the connection between a node, and where the backup of the node will write to?

So far I have interrogated MGMTCLASS, DOMAIN, SCHD, FILESPACE.
Nothing yet points me in the direction of which STG the backup writes to.

Assistance appreciated.
If I have the wrong end of the stick (there is a good chance) then please enlighten me !
