Can we restore TSM Client Data using another TSM Server ?

Dear everyone

I have setup TSM Server with a Tape library in DC Site . In our DR site , we install another TSM server .

My question is : In case of disaster happen can we just bring tape from DC to DR TSM Server to restore
the client's data or we must import DC TSM Server database to DR TSM Server and process the restore.
