Search script to check TSM log from a backup ou AR.

I am in a production environment.
And when my control m job is launch , it fail on a backup, because

I cant administrate exclude file... don t ask why.
so my chief ask me to make a script to check tsm log from each backup failed.
and search if there is this ANS4987E ... if yes put this occurence in a file but the control m job don t have to fail with a exist 0 if any other ANS???E the check job have to be failed.... (my backup job exit always OK because too many backup fail for this reason : the object is in use by another process)

I can t use OFS too .

Is someone have any script for windows ou linux , It will be a pleasure to use them ^^
