canceling request is not possible

Hi,

at the moment i got a serious problem:

there is a request which can be seen in tsm manager.

ANR8345E QUERY REQUEST: No match found for this request number.
ANS8001I Return code 11.

in the outstanding request window is only displays this message:

"No Match is found for this request number"

im not sure, what its about? is it possible to cancle this request?
