Hardware or media error on drive - Error number = 23

Hi there,


I hope I am posting this at the right place.


I'm encountering an issue with one of the drive of my tape library.
The drive will loads the tape but TSM would still say it is waiting for mount of input volume.


When I do "q actlog", it is giving me an error below.
The drive has already been replaced with a new one since the problem occured.
I have tried with other process and other tapes and same problem would occur when that particular drive is used.
Same tape volume would work on other drives.


Can someone please give me some feedbacks on what might cause this issue?
