Hi everyone, We have an AIX (5.3) client that is all-of-a-sudden, throwing a "ANS1029E Communication with the TSM server is lost" error about 90% of the way thru its backup. It's been running flawlessly for 4+ years and now it's failing. Never the same exact time of day, amount of data sent, etc... No real correlation other than it *may* be failing at the same place in the backup, in the same filesystem each time. AND it is failing only on Friday's (that is when the files in question are being backed-up, created the day before) What about a specific file could cause that error? There are NO other errors to speak-of in the actlog or the dsmsched.log. NOTHING ELSE out-of-the-ordinary. Thoughts?
{We are running TSM Server 6.2.3, that is running on an AIX Server running AIX7.1.}
