Path does not exist or is inaccessible

Hi tsm community,
I need again your help. My tsm 6.3 Server works on windows server 2008. After a reboot i cant start the TSM server service. The Windows logs show me that the service stops one sec after the start.

The "dsmserv" command outputs the following lines:

ANR4726I The ICC support module has been loaded.
ANR0990I Server restart-recovery in progress.
ANR0172I rdbdb.c(2284): Error encountered performing action ActivateDatabase.
ANR0162W Supplemental database diagnostic information: -1051:SQLSTATE 57019:
Die Anweisung konnte aufgrund eines Problems mit einer Ressource nicht
erfolgreich durchgeführt werden.
:-1051 (SQL1051N Der Pfad "" ist nicht
vorhanden oder ungültig. SQLSTATE=57019

If i try to connect directly with the tsmdb1 i get the following lines:

DB2 => connect to tsmdb1
SQL1051N Der Pfad "" ist nicht vorhanden oder ungültig. SQLSTATE=5701


I hope anyone can help me. Is it possible to edit the path? And if yes, how can i do it?
