admin center (tivoli common reporting)

hi all,

i installed tsm admin center with tivoli common reporting (tcr) included hoping i can use the tcr right away after the install but as always is doesnt work that way. there are two options in tcr (1. IBM TSM Cognos Reports 2. Tivoli Products).

If I use option 1, it complains about TDW not being found. I found a link how to create the TDW but it's giving me an error about the "itmuser" not able to connect to the DB. I tried creating the itmuser but still no luck.

If I use option 2, it complains about the connection driver something like "cannot open the connection for the driver: org.eclipse.birt.data.oda.jdbc....and so on". I also found a link about this error and it's saying about the data source that needs an update for the host or server name. I want to try it but the i dont have the agent "datasrc.bin" that sits on a directory "opt/tivoli/tsm/reporting".

I just did a default installation of the admin center on aix that includes the tcr. Server is on AIX v6.1 ml8 and admin center is v6.3.3

anybody here wants to share docs on how they manage to make tcr works on aix env will be appreciated or encountered the problems that i have and make it work.
