shared object_id between backups and archives tables

Can somebody please answer whether it is possible for a given object_id to exist in backups and archives tables?

IOW can given object identity be both backed up and archived?

Also is it possible for the same object_id to be present in backups table?

And lastly is it possible for the same object_id to be present in archives table?

My understanding is that the answer to all these questions is no, but I would like to receive confirmation from person who can give a definite answer.
