Inactive Files not Deleted

Hi there,

We have a node, and most files are bound to a 15day management class. The copygroup is set too:
NO LIMIT NO LIMIT 15 15

However, inactive files are still showing up with a backup date of Jan 29th.

The files are bound to the 15day management class.

Server is 5.5, Client is 6.2.4.

the command I used to check was:
q ba f:\* -subdir=yes -todate=01/31/2013 -inactive

If anyone can help me out, it would be cool. I'm sure this is something simple.
