Any Known Issues with IBM DataMirror CNC and TDP SQL?

Having issue in my company with a new TDP SQL install. I am being told it's effecting CDC due to markers written into SQL by TDP.

I assume any backup product would do the same. But these DBs have been backing up via native SQL backup to disk without issue for some time.

Any known compatibility issue between TDP SQL and CDC?
