TSM Srv 6 / Stg Agent 5.5

I know I can't run TSM Server 5.5 and 6 on the same system, but can I run TSM 6 Server on a machine already running Storage Agent 5.5?

This system runs our Oracle RAC development environment so it must continue to run its Storage Agent 5.5, but it has hardware specs equal to my production TSM 5.5 server. I would like to utilize it to install a test TSM 5.5 server, and upgrade to TSM 6, to test performance conversion of my production 5.5 DB to 6.

Any issues?
