Hi guys, does anyabody any idea which would be the cause because is not possible to keep updated the inventory into the library?
Basically, we have a library partially licensed (128 slot of 287) and we created a logical library. After many checkin and checkouts we are still watching tapes inside the library that are not there. Also there were tapes into not licensed slots and after retire them manually, the inventory is not being updated.
We update the firmware for library and drives (LTO5) and the problem persists.
Somebody had a same issue with hese kind of library?
I would appreciate any help on this matter.
