Tsm Tape Overwrite

Hello Everyone,

Im having problem with our tsm server at disaster site.We have 2 tsm servers ( one prod. one is at disaster)

For disaster test purpose i restored our prod database to disaster site. and it worked.Now i need to take backup of some servers at disaster site. so i created 2. instance ( one for regular backups at disaster site the other instance for restoring prod tsm db)

My problem is ;

i cannot use my tapes (which i used at my prod tsm before- they were turn into scratch and no data in them)
When i try to label i get io errors like ;

ANR8302E I/O error on drive DRIVE3 (mt0.0.0.1) with volume (OP=ALLOWOVERWRITE,
Error Number=0, CC=0, rc = 1, KEY= 05, ASC=20, ASCQ= 0C,
SENSE=70.00.05.00.00.00.00.58.00.00.00.00.20.0C.30 .00.10.4A.00.00,
Description=An undetermined error has occurred). Refer to the &STGM;
documentation on I/O error code descriptions.

i deleted both of instances at disaster tsm and created new one but i still cant take backup to those tapes.
i can check them in tsm as scratch tape but i cant write data to any of them
i get this message when i try to write data to any of them

ANR1411W Access mode for volume 151BBGL5 now set to "read-only" due to write
error.

To be sure there is no problem with drive itself ( hardware error) when i restored my prod db to disaster tsm server i can use tapes without problem. i can write data to them or label them without any problem.

i thought maybe there is an encyrption problem thats why i used a new tape which never been checked into any tsm before but still i get same errors.

Both of my tsm servers are at same version and same driver is installed. ( v6.3)

Do you have any idea about my problem :)
