Confusion with when a monthly client schedule will run

I have a monthly archive schedule set up as follows: Schedule Name: MONTHLY_ARCHIVE_GROUP5

When will it actually run, on the 23rd of the month or on the Sunday following the 23rd? How should I set up the schedule if I want it to run on the 23rd of every month? Just change the day to 'ANY'?
